Warmly welcome to join our webinar on June 11, 2020, with Dr Pekka Mattila, Aalto University Executive Education!
In this webinar Dr. Pekka Mattila discuss how navigating your organization through the crisis requires coherence, innovation, and courage. Across the world, leaders are taking action to protect their employees and keep their organization afloat amidst the COVID-19 crisis, while at the same time trying to position themselves for the new normal that will emerge after the battle against the virus has been won.
Navigating through the crisis happens on three levels – leadership level, business level, and societal level – and they all respond to a different logic.
The webinar will provide you with insights on these three levels and a glimpse of a toolkit that you can apply to make the best of the exceptional situation, supporting your people and business to survive, strive, and thrive.
Dr. Mattila will be joined by corporate speakers who share their experience on how the new normal looks like in their companies. Ms Minna Rouru from KONE, Mr Matti Junila from Smartly and Mr Ian Wu from Huone will share their insights how they have adapted the new ways to work and lead.
The webinar is a public event.
