The Finnish Business Council's principal mission is to promote trade between Finland and the various countries of Southeast Asia. In addition, it is an invaluable forum for members to meet, network and exchange views and experiences on doing business in Singapore and the region. FBC welcomes any organization or individual with direct or indirect links to Finland as members. If you or your company is not a member yet, we welcome you to attend our events and meetings as a visitor at any time.

Our aim is to strengthen our understanding of local and regional markets and the people who work in them. As a member, you are invited to our regular gatherings with high quality speakers, often ranging from visiting representatives of the Finnish government, corporate executives, faculty from top business schools, and other business  professionals. The Council provides a forum for social activities, too. Such events include joint events organized with Finns in Singapore (SiSu)and the Embassy of Finland.  

The Finnish Business Council is a member of the European Chamber of Commerce whose role is to strengthen ties between European companies doing business in Singapore.  In addition to developing close ties with other European companies operating here, we also frequently share information with other local chambers of commerce such as the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

We would like to continue developing our activities in a manner that supports you and your company's objectives. I encourage you to become active in the Council, contribute to and benefit from its activities and make your voice heard.  The Council is there to serve your needs and is as good as we members make it.
