Warmly welcome to join our panel discussion on Challenges in Talent Management!

The panel discussion on challenges in talent management will focus on the following key issues faced by organizations in 2023: The COVID-19 pandemic and potential recession have impacted talent management in several ways.

Remote work: Companies have been forced to adopt remote work policies, which have changed how they manage and retain employees

Hiring freezes: The economic uncertainty has led many companies to put a hold on hiring, requiring HR departments to manage employee morale and engagement with limited resources.

Upskilling: As the pandemic has accelerated digital transformation, companies are investing in upskilling their employees to stay competitive.

Mental health support: The pandemic has taken a toll on employees’ mental health, leading companies to prioritize offering mental health support for their workers.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion: The global protests for racial justice in 2020 have put a spotlight on the need for companies to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The panellists from KONE, Neste, Nokia and Mercuri Urval will share their insights on talent management and current challenges.
