With their companies now in crisis mode with many of their employees suffering, they have to carry this heavyweight alone on their shoulders. But who is looking after them? Executive Loneliness is now a more critical topic than ever. Join the workshop with Nick Jonsson.

Nick Jonsson has dedicated his time and efforts to raising awareness and eliminating the stigma around the phenomenon of Executive Loneliness. As managing director of one of the premiere professional networking organizations in Asia – EGN (Executives’ Global Network) Singapore, he has identified that feelings of isolation and depression, personal struggles he himself had to grapple with and conquer, are much more
widespread than we think. Modern work culture instead encourages executives to project success and achievement, while thousands actually suffer in silence and denial.

Nick conducted a recent study where it showed that 30% of senior executives have experienced a bout of depression and 82% of executives find it difficult to talk about stress and depression in their company. This is made worse by an “always-on” culture partly caused by digital transformation where people are constantly connected to their personal devices.
