Welcome to join our webinar “Leading in Crisis – in an empowering way”!

The current crisis has revealed some of the shortcomings of controlling & authoritarian leadership in today’s fast changing world.

This workshop explores the key leadership challenges and tensions in the time of Covid-19 that businesses face. You will gain insights into the concrete benefits of building an empowered organization and learn some concrete, intentional steps for empowering your people and organisation.

We will also discuss how trust, freedom and responsibility are seen in different cultural contexts and its implications.

The workshop leaders, Anna Kiukas-Pedersen and Marjo Hellman work extensively with leaders in Singapore and Finland to improve their effectiveness and communication.

The webinar is organized via WebEx meeting platform and the registrant will receive the meeting link included the confirmation email. Marjo Hellman is a communication and performance skills coach and consultant who has created many internationally awarded communications campaigns.
Her background in TV news journalism, broadcasting and theatre give her a unique outlook and skillset which she uses for coaching her clients into confident and authentic communicators. Her sharp wit and positivity is well-loved amongst her clients.
Marjo has lived and worked in London, UK and she is currently based in Helsinki, Finland with her family and a leopard-like kitten.
