A PhD Chemist Miina Öhman will show us some facts. Now when traveling is not an option – a manufacturer of cold therapy devices Mare Oravainen tells how we can get our bodies exposed to cold here in Singapore.

Additionally, the physiotherapist Riku Torkkeli will explain to us how he uses cold as his treatment method. And lastly we have the possibility to hear a professional athlete Aleksi “Giant” Toivonen telling us why he uses cryotherapy.

Aleksi is also known as the “Giant” Toivonen. He is a Finnish professional athlete chasing his dreams in Singapore. Aleksi is competing for one of the largest Mixed Martial Arts promotions in the World, One Championship.






Riku Torkkeli is a Wellness Coach who is focused healing the body but also the mind. He has discovered how he can use cold treatments with his clients.






Dr. Öhman is a Medical Doctor and Scientist who has done research on metabolic diseases, including obesity, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, for the past 20 years. She is an ardent advocate of healthy lifestyle to prevent chronic diseases.
