Open Innovation in Singapore with Wärtsilä Acceleration Centre visit
More and more companies have shifted from so-called closed innovation towards a more open way of innovating, including customers, partners, start-ups and academia into their development.
In this Finnish Business Council event, so you will hear more about Open Innovation in Singapore and specifically how companies like Exove Design, KONE and Wärtsilä are developing new products and services. Trina Teo (Exove Design) will give you an insight: The upside of innovation is a pretty vision, but human beings are
hardwired to resist change. How do we navigate this conundrum when selling change to large organisations? This talk explores the human side of change and innovation, and what we can do to unstick ourselves and others.
The session will be organized in Wärtsilä’s brand new Acceleration Centre – the facilities for co-creation – so you will also have a chance to have a tour there.
