FIT TO LEAD webinar.

With Sari Marsden, PCC.

Executive Coach, Elite Nike Trainer, Co-Author of Fit to Lead.

What do fitness, exercise, and nutrition have to do with leadership and performance?

Although the worlds of leadership and health & wellness are both very well-established in their own right, it is still comparatively rare to make meaningful links between the two of them. In order for you to take your leadership to a new level, maybe your physical body has been the missing piece in your puzzle?

Join Sari Marsden as she leads a conversation that highlights the critical role the body can play in leadership and performance. Connect the dots between your physical, mental and emotional health and find out what it really means to be ‘fit to lead’.

This talk is based on the Fit to Lead book, a leadership book that offers a dynamic new vision of leadership development, one that places the role of your physical body firmly alongside that of your thoughts and emotions. Written by husband-and-wife team, Marcus and Sari Marsden, the book combines the principles of executive coaching, nutrition, movement and fitness training to provide you with a holistic system for transforming your leadership and producing breakthrough results for yourself and the people you lead.

The webinar is a public Zoom meeting event and organizer reserves the rights to post event photos on social media. You will receive Zoom meeting link with a password at the afternoon on August 20, 2020.

Sari uses a wide range of training methods that combine physical, mental and emotional states in order to produce powerful and sustainable results. In addition to improved per-formance, her clients report a shift in the way they see the world and the way they hold their body, often resulting in increased ‘executive presence’ and authenticity. Her ap-proach is purpose-driven, holistic and dynamic.

Her passion for fitness and leadership led her to co-author the ground-breaking book, “FIT TO LEAD”, with her husband (who is himself a certified executive coach and leader-ship facilitator). The book combines the principles of executive coaching, movement, nu-trition and fitness training to provide the reader with a holistic system for transforming their leadership and producing breakthrough results not only for themselves, but also for the people they lead.
